Take care of your wrists by programming breaks from writing on your PC.

If you spend a long time writing on your PC, this can cause painful writsts, which could lead to lower productivity and more serious health problems. So this doesn`t happen a program called Useful Rest has been created.

Useful Rest is a program for the PC which automatically blocks it every hour and obliges you to take a ten minute break. Once these ten minutes have passed, you can carry on working for another hour. These pauses are configurable.

Apart from being a useful program that looks after the health of your wrists, Useful Rest also works to restrict the intensive use of the PC by children, so they don`t spend too long in front of the PC.
